Frontend Engineer – Pixel-Perfect Design-to-Code Implementation We’re looking for an experienced frontend engineer with a strong visual eye to bring our existing product design into production with very high visual fidelity. We already have the product design and an existing production codebase. This is not a UI/UX design role. The primary job is to make the production frontend accurately match the approved design. What you’ll do * Translate our existing design into production-quality frontend code * Make the deployed product match the design as closely as possible * Fix discrepancies in: * Layout and spacing * Typography and font weights * Colors, borders, shadows, and visual hierarchy * Component sizing and positioning * Responsive behavior * Hover, loading, empty, error, and other UI states * Animations and transitions * Work within our existing frontend codebase rather than rebuilding unnecessarily * Ensure changes do not break existing functionality or backend integrations * Create clean, reusable components rather than one-off CSS hacks * Test the implementation across common screen sizes and browsers * Iterate based on visual QA until the deployed version closely matches the source design Required experience * Strong React experience * Next.js * TypeScript * Tailwind CSS and/or advanced CSS * Excellent understanding of responsive layouts * Strong component architecture skills * Experience implementing designs with pixel-level visual accuracy * Comfortable working inside an existing production codebase * Strong Git/GitHub workflow * Able to debug differences between local and deployed environments Most important You need to have an exceptionally strong visual eye. We are specifically looking for someone who notices when padding is 8px off, typography doesn’t match, a component is slightly misaligned, or the deployed experience doesn’t feel like the original design. Being technically correct is not enough. The finished product needs to look and feel like the approved design. Nice to have * Experience with enterprise SaaS or fintech products * Experience implementing AI-generated or Figma-based designs * Experience with complex dashboards, tables, document viewers, or data-heavy applications * Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion * Familiarity with Vercel deployment and debugging production-specific frontend issues
