Full-Stack AI Developer needed to create Document Intelligence Web App

We are looking for a developer to build a sleek, web-based document intelligence tool. This will be a web app only, we wont need versions for iOS/Android. The application will takes user-uploaded complex analytical documents (or typed raw text), parse and synthesize the data using an AI powered backend, to generate an executive-style PDF summary with visual data charts and hyperlinked academic/scientific citations, which will then be emailed to the user. This is a zero-data, privacy-first application. Once the email is confirmed sent, all raw files, extracted text, and generated PDFs are automatically purged from the system. PDF Generation Engine: - Backend synthesis of the data into a beautifully formatted, executive-ready PDF brief. PDF Components: - Visual data charts (radial gauges, status bars, and summary breakdown graphs). - Bulleted key takeaways and flagged risk/priority items. - Categorized actionable recommendations supported by direct hyperlinked scientific/academic study citations (e.g., PubMed / DOI links). - A structured action checklist / discussion sheet. Email Delivery & Instant Memory Purge: - Prompt screen showing "Your File is Ready" with a clean email input field.
