Full-Stack Developer; Claude Code, Cloudflare & Supabase (AI App Portfolio)

Senior/Mid-Level Developer Type: Contract to start, with a clear path into Omega Systems' client delivery line long-term Location: Fully remote Compensation: Competitive, tied to milestones and scope Who we are We're Omega Systems. We build and run a portfolio of our own apps and products, each with its own purpose, audience, and reason for existing (from wellness to education to marketplaces). Some are in great shape, some need serious rework, but all of them are real, live products we're actively building on. We're built around solving real-life problems, as well as the recurring operational needs and speed bumps businesses run into day to day. Who we're looking for We need a developer who can look at any product in our portfolio, understand what it's actually trying to achieve for the people using it, and build accordingly, without needing that vision explained to them every time. This isn't a "here's a ticket, go build it" role. We want someone senior or highly experienced enough to make good decisions independently, move fast, and take real ownership across multiple projects at once. This includes maintaining and developing multiple AI-powered applications, and reusing and integrating modules across projects so our portfolio grows into a cohesive Omega Systems family of products, not a set of disconnected apps. The role You'll be auditing existing builds, deciding what's worth keeping versus rebuilding, and shipping real, production-ready work across multiple platforms. Expect a mix of: Diagnosing and fixing what's already there, including inheriting code you didn't write and don't have documentation for. Building new features and modules from scratch where the base doesn't exist yet. Working inside our Claude Code → GitHub → Supabase → Cloudflare pipeline day to day, not as a one-off tool but as your core workflow. Spotting where a piece of work on one product (say, a booking flow or a finance dashboard) could be generalised into a reusable module for another product down the line. Making judgment calls on architecture and implementation without waiting on a detailed spec. We'll give you context and outcomes we want, not step-by-step instructions. You'll report progress against milestones rather than clocked hours, and how you organise your time is largely up to you as long as the work lands. Long-term growth opportunity Omega Systems also runs a client line, building custom CRMs, automations, and operational infrastructure for small-to-medium businesses. This role starts on our own products, but as you prove yourself, there's a genuine path into delivering that same calibre of work directly for clients; a long-term opportunity to grow with us, not just a one-off contract. Our projects Omega Nexus — the current core, and where most of the work is right now. It is Our internal CRM/client-portal platform including: Parent portals, student portals, tutor portals, and manager dashboards Finance and marketing modules Heavy AI automation and workflow This is the backbone of the business and needs the most hands-on rebuilding and development. Whoever takes this role should expect to spend a significant chunk of their time here. The rest of the portfolio: Nexus Health & Wellbeing — an all-inclusive premium wellness app, not just a gym tracker. Covers period tracking, migraine tracking, workout tracking, and a heavy, heavy nutrition base underpinning all of it. Nexus Play Portal — a gaming platform built to pull students away from mindless doomscrolling and into games that genuinely build their skills. This one comes with heavy ongoing testing and bug-fixing to keep gameplay tight, engaging, and aligned with what the platform is actually there to achieve. Omega Drive — a driving instructor marketplace. Duet — a relationship and social connection platform. Omega Tennis — a blend of a tennis marketplace and tennis education platform. Plus more Every one of these has a base already built. Some of it is solid. Some of it is rough and needs to be pulled apart and redone properly. You'll be working across a real mix of code quality, not one clean greenfield build. Skills we need Hands-on, demonstrated experience with Claude Code as part of your actual dev workflow, not passing familiarity. Real experience building and shipping production apps with a modern stack — Claude Code for development, GitHub for source control, Supabase for backend/database, and Cloudflare for hosting/deployment. You know how to get real, production-usable output out of these tools, not just prototype-level results. Ability to walk into an unfamiliar, partially-built codebase and work out what's there, what's broken, and what's worth keeping on your own. Confidence to make architecture and build decisions independently, without needing a detailed spec for every task. Genuine interest in understanding what each product is actually for and who it serves. The priorities for a client CRM portal are not the priorities for a wellness app. How to apply Send through an application that includes: A short intro: who you are and your background.
