Full-Stack Developer to Build a Custom Stripe & Logistics Reconciliation Dashboard

Hey everyone, We are looking for a solid full-stack developer to help build a custom web dashboard and backend system for one of our clients. This isn't a basic CRUD app, generic admin template, or WordPress project. We need someone who genuinely knows their way around APIs, payment gateways, and background queues. What the Project Is About: Our client manages a high volume of orders and transactions across multiple channels. We are building a centralized dashboard that pulls in transaction data, reconciles Stripe payments against shipping/order records, and flags any discrepancies automatically. Key things you'll be building: Stripe Webhook Pipeline: Reliable ingestion for charges, refunds, and payouts handling retries and making sure no data gets dropped. Reconciliation Logic: Backend rules that match payment records with order statuses and highlight mismatches for the team. Multi-Tenant Dashboard: A snappy, clean UI (React / Next.js) where different team accounts can log in, filter data tables, view charts, and export reports. Background Queues: Using Redis / BullMQ (or similar) so webhook spikes don't slow down the UI. Basic Permissions: Simple role-based access (Admin, Member, Viewer). Preferred Stack Frontend: React or Next.js (Tailwind CSS is a plus) Backend: Node.js (TypeScript / Express / NestJS) or Python Database & Cache: PostgreSQL + Redis A Few Notes on Working Together This will be structured around clear milestones.
