Full-Stack Web Developer for Complete Website Development

I am looking for an experienced and reliable full-stack web developer to develop a complete website/web application from start to finish. The project includes the complete frontend and backend development as well as database implementation, user accounts, dashboards, administration, responsive design, security, testing and deployment. The website will be a dynamic platform with different user types and roles, user profiles, listings/products, search and filtering functions, messaging, an administration area and other platform-specific functionality. A detailed concept and specification of the required functions will be provided and should serve as the basis for the development. I am looking for a developer who can understand the complete project, structure the technical implementation properly and develop the platform in a professional and scalable way. The website should not be built with temporary or hard-coded solutions. The architecture should allow the platform to be expanded with additional functions in the future. The developer will be responsible for the complete implementation, including frontend, backend, database, APIs where required, authentication, user permissions, forms, file and image uploads, search and filtering, user and listing management, messaging functionality, administration functions, notifications and all other functionality described in the project specification. The platform must be fully responsive and work properly on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Security, performance, proper error handling and reliable data management are very important. Users must only have access to the functions and information they are authorized to access. The project also includes testing the complete application, identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing the system and preparing the website for production. The developer should be able to assist with the final deployment and ensure that the finished website works correctly in the production environment. I am open to recommendations regarding the technology stack, architecture and technical implementation. However, any major technical decisions should be discussed before implementation. If something in the concept is technically unclear, I expect the developer to raise the issue and discuss it rather than making assumptions.
