Improving existing logo

I need my company logo to be improved because it is too small and cannot be used flexibly in different environment. I need a set of flexible logo files that can be used and uploaded for different environments like social media profile pic, banner, t shirt print, ads and stuff. Please greatly increase resolution and upscale. Add a version where there is no background, another one with a background that fits it, so that I can put it in a folder for my company image assets. There are two versions of the logo as attached, one is the shortform "TX", and the other long form "TindahanX". Do not change the logo's actual design and colors as this is already fixed.
