Internal Portal for Insurance Agents

I run a life insurance agency and need a simple private internal website where agents can log in and listen to recorded sales calls while reading the corresponding transcripts. I have screenshots of another agency’s portal that show the general layout and functionality I want. This is not a complicated LMS or custom enterprise system. I’m looking for someone who can build a clean, easy-to-use portal that supports login access, audio playback, and transcript viewing.
