Joomla Website Upgrade and Fixes

We need a freelancer to upgrade our existing Joomla website from 5.3.2. to 5.4.8., resolve minor bugs, and refresh the site to improve performance and usability. The work includes updating the platform, fixing issues that affect functionality (for example unable to set clear borders/spaces around images) and making small improvements to the overall user experience.
