Junior WordPress Developer

We are looking for a freelancer to grow into a full-time team member. This position supports the team by building and maintaining client websites in WordPress, primarily inside Elementor and Etch/ACSS, under the Senior Developer's guidance. This is a WordPress builder role, not a general software engineering position, and you will grow into greater independence and ownership as your skills develop. The ideal candidate is comfortable working inside WordPress as a platform: building and editing pages in Elementor, wiring up custom fields with ACF or JetEngine, and writing clean, semantic HTML/CSS. You're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and coachable, and you take pride in producing accessible, well-structured markup even when no one's checking.
