Laravel Full-Stack Developer for Staffing Website

We are looking for a reliable Laravel Full-Stack Developer on a contract basis to build our staffing and recruitment website/portal. The ideal candidate should have experience working on both front-end and back-end development and should be comfortable with Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL. We have multiple requirements for this project, so we are looking for someone who can understand our requirements and build a high-quality, professional, scalable, and user-friendly website. Key Responsibilities Develop our staffing/recruitment website and web portal. Build both front-end and back-end features using Laravel. Develop job posting and job management functionality. Create candidate/talent profiles and talent management features. Develop client portals where clients can view and manage relevant talent. Build admin dashboards and recruitment management features. Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, relationships, and optimization. Create and integrate APIs when required. Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. Fix bugs and improve website performance. Work closely with us to understand requirements and convert them into functional features. Maintain clean, organized, and scalable code. Assist with future integrations such as email, notifications, ATS/CRM systems, and other recruitment tools. Required Skills 1–2 years of professional web development experience. Strong knowledge of Laravel and PHP. Good understanding of PostgreSQL. Good front-end development skills with: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap or similar framework Experience with Laravel MVC architecture. Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integration. Basic knowledge of AI integration and AI APIs, such as OpenAI or similar services. Ability to integrate AI-powered features into Laravel/web applications. Knowledge of Git/GitHub. Good understanding of database relationships and SQL queries. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Good problem-solving skills. Preferred / Plus Skills Experience with staffing, recruitment, job portals, ATS, CRM, or HR-related websites. Experience building dashboards and role-based access systems. Knowledge of Laravel authentication and authorization. Experience with AJAX, JSON, and API integrations. Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, and server management. Experience with payment gateways, email systems, or notification systems is a plus.
