Long-Term Website & SaaS Platform Maintenance and Technical Support

Hello, We are looking for a reliable and experienced web developer or small development team to provide ongoing technical maintenance and support for www.dpk.bg, an established Bulgarian online platform for company incorporation and corporate management. Our platform consists of: - A public-facing website. - A web-based application accessible to registered users. - Various functionalities for company management, document generation, electronic signatures, and other corporate processes. - Third-party integrations and external services. The platform is already developed and operational. We are not looking to rebuild it, but rather to find a dependable long-term technical partner who can take over its maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements when necessary. ## Scope of Work **1. Website & Platform Maintenance** - Maintain both the public website and the registered-user platform. - Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs and technical issues. - Perform updates, security checks, and performance optimizations. - Monitor platform functionality and ensure stable operation. - Maintain existing third-party integrations and APIs. **2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting** - Investigate issues reported by users. - Diagnose and resolve application errors. - Troubleshoot problems involving user accounts, document generation, electronic signatures, and other platform functionalities. - Provide timely technical assistance when incidents occur. **3. User Support (Preferred, but Not Mandatory)** - Monitor and respond to customer support emails. - Assist users experiencing technical difficulties. Customer communication will primarily be in Bulgarian. Bulgarian language proficiency would be an advantage, but is not mandatory for the technical maintenance role. **4. Ongoing Development** - Implement minor improvements and new functionalities when required. - Maintain and improve the existing codebase. - Suggest technical improvements where appropriate. ## Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: - Has proven experience maintaining existing web applications or SaaS platforms. - Is comfortable working with code developed by another team. - Has experience debugging, API integrations, databases, and deployment processes. - Can work independently and communicate clearly. - Is responsive and reliable when technical issues arise. - Is interested in a long-term professional relationship. Experience with document management systems, electronic signatures, payment integrations, or business administration platforms would be an advantage. The exact technology stack and technical architecture will be shared with shortlisted candidates once confirmed with the current development team. ## Expected Workload & Cooperation We anticipate a relatively limited workload initially, with occasional support requests, bug fixes, maintenance tasks, and small improvements. We are open to: - An hourly arrangement based on actual work performed. - A fixed monthly maintenance package with an agreed number of included hours. - A hybrid model combining a monthly retainer and additional hourly work when required. We are particularly interested in working with an individual freelancer or small team offering a cost-effective solution without compromising reliability and quality. ## How to Apply Please include the following information in your proposal: 1.
