MS VB Script/ Program to scrape data off PDF and Enter into Online Forms- Immediate

I have pdfs that have information on them, that need to be scrapped and then entered into a form online, after you login to a site. VB should work but use Python or other tools. We need to be able to reuse this as we go forward. Include and upload pdf button for your VB/Python tool.
