PCB doesn't work after integration

I have a working manufactured PCB and I wanted to integrate modules to the PCB. TP4056 charging module and MT3680 boost converter. I already got the manufactured, integrated version what I got from here but doesn't work properly some reason... (Budget: £20 - £250 GBP, Jobs: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microcontroller, PCB Layout)
