Python Automation Specialist needed to batch-generate documents using OpenAI API

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a bulk document generation workflow. I have an Excel spreadsheet containing 200 clients with all their relevant data. I need these 200 clients mapped into a beautifully formatted Microsoft Word resume template and a cover letter template that I already have designed. I already have a pre-written Python script that uses pandas, python-docx, and the OpenAI API (GPT-4o) to parse the spreadsheet rows, send the data to the AI for professional text generation, and fill the template placeholders. Your Responsibilities: *Review my existing Word templates and ensure the plain-text placeholders align with the code. *Review my Excel sheet structure to ensure columns map properly to the script. *Set up and execute the script in a cloud environment (like *Google Colab linked to Google Drive) so I can easily run it or download the files. *Run a quick test batch of 2–3 profiles for formatting approval before running all 200. *Deliver 200 clean, perfectly styled Microsoft Word Resumes and 200 Cover Letters. Requirements: *Proven experience with Python scripting (specifically working with pandas and Word document generation). *Experience implementing OpenAI API connections. *Great attention to detail regarding document layout, fonts, and spacing.
