Python/GenAI Engineer for PropTech

an AI-powered PropTech platform, and need a Python/GenAI Engineer to execute a documented architecture. The work includes setting up GPU serving with SGLang and RunPod, configuring Qdrant for hybrid search, and building 5 agents for matching, search, RAG chat, note summarization, and analytics. You will also implement PII masking and strict timeout fallbacks. This is a deliverable-driven project with 3 milestones: infrastructure setup, agent development, and integration testing. Experience with Qdrant, custom LLM/Agent APIs, and production-grade AI systems is important.
