QR-Code Concession Webpage

I have a concession business and already designed a rough layout plus PNG artwork. Now I need a clean, single-page site that people reach after scanning our QR code. Flow I envision • Landing section: a concise introduction and a clear “View Documents” button (this is what visitors see first)... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: HTML, JavaScript, Mobile App Development, PHP, Web Design, Web Development, Website Design)
