React & Frappe Engineer (Frontend-Focused) We are looking for an experienced React & Frappe Engineer to join our team. The role is primarily focused on building intuitive, modern web interfaces with React while ensuring seamless integration with our Frappe backend. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys frontend development but is also comfortable working with Frappe, Python, and backend APIs. Key Responsibilities: • Frontend Development (70%): Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. • Backend and Integration (30%): Customize Frappe DocTypes and APIs using Python and connect custom React interfaces with Frappe REST APIs. • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend components. • Collaborate with product and design teams to turn requirements and designs into functional web experiences. • Troubleshoot performance, integration, authentication, and compatibility issues. • Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent development standards. Requirements: • 3+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript. • Strong understanding of React Hooks, state management, component architecture, and REST API integration. • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework, including DocTypes, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, and REST APIs. • Practical experience with Python for Frappe customization and backend development. • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development tools. • Strong knowledge of Git and version-control workflows. • Good understanding of web security fundamentals, including authentication and CORS. • Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with Next.js. • Experience developing Frappe Custom Apps. • Familiarity with Frappe Bench deployment and server configuration. • Experience building applications with React Native.
