React Native App Optimization and Store Prep

I need a React Native / Expo developer to optimize an existing mobile app, improve performance, add caching, and prepare it for app store publication. The app is already functional, but the user experience can be refined, and the build needs final preparation for release. The right freelancer should be able to review the current setup, identify areas for improvement, and help deliver a polished, production-ready app.
