Real Estate Contract Login System

Need a developer to build a special login system for our real estate website that supports two-column contracts. The system should allow users to fill out contracts, auto-translate Spanish as the primary legal language and English as the secondary, and convert completed forms into PDFs for sending via DocuSign or Adobe Sign. We already have approved contracts and need someone to implement this functionality in our website backend.
