Remove Hardcoded Email Pop-Up

I need help removing a hardcoded email pop-up from my website. The pop-up was added directly into the site code and needs to be removed cleanly so it no longer appears. I’m looking for someone who can locate the relevant code, remove the pop-up functionality, and ensure the rest of the site continues to work properly after the change.
