Romanian-Speaking WordPress Developer

This is an existing live marketplace with a staging environment. Most remaining tasks are relatively small individual improvements, but they require someone who understands the complete user journey and can implement changes without breaking existing functionality. Tasks include form customization, marketplace workflows, automated emails, role permissions, UI/UX improvements, location/category data, GDPR/cookie implementation and resolving existing bugs. Romanian language is strongly preferred. The developer will be working directly with Romanian forms, emails, terminology, locations and user-facing content. I want someone who can recognize when something looks or reads incorrectly rather than implementing instructions mechanically.
