Senior AI Automation Engineer — OpenAI + Zoho CRM Integrations

We are looking for a senior developer to help build an internal AI-powered sales operations application. We already have the business requirements, workflows, and operating rules documented. We need someone who can translate them into a reliable production system. The application will connect AI with our CRM and other sales tools to automate research, data reconciliation, contact enrichment, workflow routing, task creation, and approval-based execution. This is not primarily a chatbot or prompt-engineering project. We need someone experienced building systems where AI handles judgment and unstructured information while deterministic application logic controls business rules, state, permissions, and execution. Tech / Experience We’re Looking For OpenAI API / LLM applications Zoho CRM API and automation REST APIs / webhooks Python and/or TypeScript Databases and persistent workflow state Internal dashboards / approval workflows Apollo or similar enrichment platforms Logging, retries, deduplication, and audit trails Direct Zoho CRM API experience is strongly preferred. Our first milestone will be a paid technical/integration audit of our existing systems, followed by implementation if there is a good fit.
