Senior AI Engineer

We’re looking for a senior-level AI engineer with 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience designing and shipping production AI/ML systems. You’ll help design and build production-grade AI systems across agent orchestration, retrieval, model integration, evaluation, observability, security, and deployment. We’re looking for someone who can operate at a Senior/Staff level: make architecture decisions, work hands-on in code, define technical standards, evaluate tradeoffs, and help other engineers ship reliable AI features. Required experience 8+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong Python and backend/system design experience Production experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, or applied AI systems Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, databases, observability, testing, and production reliability Ability to independently own architecture and implementation Nice to have LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks Vector databases and retrieval systems Model evaluation and LLM observability Kubernetes/containerized deployment Experience establishing shared AI platform patterns across multiple teams Please include examples of production AI systems you have personally designed or shipped, your specific role, the scale of the system, and the technologies used.
