Senior Backend / Full Stack Engineer (Trading Platform Experience Required)

We are building an innovative financial technology platform that combines financial markets with a completely new consumer experience.
Our engineering team is looking for an experienced senior backend/full stack engineer to collaborate on complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and help scale the platform for long-term growth.
This is not an agency role.
We are looking for an experienced individual contributor who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems and working closely with a collaborative product and engineering team.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Trading Platform Experience (Mandatory)
You must have played a significant engineering role building one or more of the following:
* Forex Trading Platform
* Binary Options Platform
* Crypto Exchange
* Options Trading Platform
* Prop Trading Platform
* High-frequency Financial Platform
Applications without relevant trading platform experience will not be considered.
2. Technical Leadership
You have previously worked as one of the following:
* Lead Engineer
* Technical Lead
* Principal Engineer
* Engineering Manager
You are comfortable making architectural decisions, reviewing code and collaborating with other engineers.
3. Security & Scalability
Hands-on experience designing secure financial systems including:
* Authentication & Authorization
* Financial Transaction Security
* Fraud Prevention
* High Concurrency
* Distributed Systems
* Performance Optimization
* Secure API Design
4. Wallet & Ledger Systems
Strong experience building or maintaining:
* Wallet Management
* Ledger Architecture
* Deposits & Withdrawals
* Transaction Processing
* Balance Consistency
* Financial Reconciliation
* Audit Trails
5. Collaboration
You'll be working alongside an existing engineering team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys technical collaboration, constructive discussions and writing high-quality, maintainable code.
