Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js / TypeScript)

We're looking for a long-term Full Stack Developer to become our primary developer, not just someone for a one-time project. Our website is fully custom-built using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and a custom CMS with a website editor, SEO editor, booking system, and admin dashboard. We're a fast-growing cleaning company, but we're also building technology to support and automate our business. Its our goal to grow this cleaning company nationwide locations in th enext 5-10 years. In addition to the website, we're developing Flasha, our internal software / AI-powered platform, along with other software and automation tools that will continue to be rolled out over time. Flasha will be designed to automate and improve many aspects of our business, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build and evolve it alongside our core platform. The goal is to have one developer who understands our entire ecosystem and becomes a long-term technical partner as we continue to grow. First Priority The first project is to audit and improve our existing SEO implementation. A lot of the SEO infrastructure is already built, including a custom SEO editor and location pages. However, our location pages are not indexing properly on Google, and we need someone to identify why, fix any technical SEO issues, and ensure everything is configured correctly. Responsibilities include: Audit our current SEO implementation Diagnose why certain pages aren't indexing Fix any technical SEO issues preventing indexing Review metadata, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and internal linking Ensure our SEO architecture follows best practices and is built for long-term scalability Once everything is working properly, we'll discuss improving and expanding the location page architecture so we can easily scale from counties to individual towns and eventually thousands of SEO-optimized pages managed through our custom CMS. Long-Term Role After the SEO work, you'll continue improving and expanding our platform, including: Website enhancements CMS improvements Flasha and other internal software products AI features and automations API integrations Performance optimization New tools that improve our operations and customer experience If we decide you're the right long-term fit, we expect this to become an ongoing relationship. We'll typically have 1–3 meetings per week to discuss priorities, review progress, brainstorm new ideas, and plan upcoming features. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and helping shape the direction of the platform—not just completing tickets. I work very collaboratively with developers and often use Claude to prototype ideas and workflows before they're implemented. My previous developer recently accepted a full-time position, but he'll provide a complete handoff and be available to answer questions about the existing codebase to ensure a smooth transition. Requirements Strong experience with Next.js React & TypeScript Node.js Tailwind CSS Git Experience with technical SEO and scalable web architecture is a big plus.
