Senior Full-Stack Web3 Developer for Decentralized AI Training Platform

We are building a decentralized AI training platform that combines Web3, blockchain, AI training workflows, and token-based incentives. The platform is designed around a simple ecosystem: Contribute → Train → Validate → Earn It will connect data providers, compute providers, AI trainers, and validators through a decentralized infrastructure where participants can contribute resources, support AI training, validate results, and receive rewards. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Web3 Developer who can help us build and scale the platform from the frontend to the backend and blockchain layer. What You’ll Work On • Review the existing project and find any gaps or missing features • Suggest improvements and implement them • Build and maintain the platform with React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript • Develop Web3 features and smart contracts • Build APIs and backend services • Integrate blockchain wallets • Build token rewards and incentive systems • Create user and admin dashboards • Integrate AI/ML features and training workflows • Connect databases, datasets, and computing resources • Implement user authentication and security • Integrate third-party APIs and Web3 tools • Write clean and scalable code • Test, debug, and improve the platform • Use Git and modern development tools Required Skills • 4+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with React.js / Next.js • Strong Node.js and TypeScrip experience • Solid understanding of Web3 and blockchain development • Experience with Solidity and smart contracts • Experience with Ethers.js or Web3.js • Experience building or integrating DApps • Strong REST API and backend development experience • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases • Experience with Git and GitHub • Understanding of wallet integration and blockchain transactions • Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or AI services • Strong understanding of application security • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who can do more than simply implement tickets.
