You’ll build and optimize automated flows, improve customer engagement, and help increase repeat purchases. The ideal freelancer can analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute campaigns that drive long-term retention. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and SMS marketing is essential. This is a part-time, long-term role for someone who can take ownership of retention strategy and deliver measurable results.
