Short-Form AI Video Operator (Higgsfield / Seedance)

We're a busy content team producing a high volume of short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). We need someone to run our Higgsfield pipeline and watch the output, not a traditional Premiere or After Effects editor as the default. We already have hundreds of clips in this style. Most of them should come out of Higgsfield (Seedance) in one shot, or get a light pass with AI tools, then get watched for errors and shipped. Scripts, character, and assets are provided. You run the generate, use Claude or ChatGPT to tighten prompts when a shot is off, check the finished clip, and move on. If the AI tools do not get the edit there, make a quick traditional edit and ship it. Do not stall the queue. Higgsfield is still the core of the job. Higgsfield is the core of this job. If you have not used it, you need to be able to get fluent on it immediately. We have the account. You pull the locked character into cinematic scenes (business owners in real environments, not cheap talking-head UGC), iterate the prompt when identity or wardrobe drifts, then QC. What you'll do - Open the script and character pack we send. - Generate 20–30 second 9:16 shorts in Higgsfield / Seedance, character locked. - Use Claude or ChatGPT as your prompt helper when a shot misses. - If a clip needs a small fix, do it with AI tools or a short FFmpeg / traditional edit pass (captions, trim, concat). Then watch it. If AI cannot fix it, cut it the normal way and move on. - QC: typos on screen, wrong words, face/identity drift, bad hands, off-brand wardrobe, broken audio. If it's clean, ship it and start the next one. - Volume work. Watch the system. Do not over-edit. You should have - Higgsfield, Seedance, or a close stack (Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora) and a real prompt practice with Claude or ChatGPT. - Comfort letting AI do the heavy lift, with a fast traditional edit when it does not. - You are the operator and the last pair of eyes. - FFmpeg for the small assembly jobs. Python is a plus, not required on this version. - Reliable English and a QC eye. The details - Hourly $8–$30. Paid trial of a few clips, then ongoing. - Remote. Overseas welcome.
