Our WordPress store converts under 2 percent, and nobody on the team can say for sure whether that's a UX problem or a WooCommerce checkout issue. If we move forward past the audit, the rebuild needs someone equally comfortable in theme files and inside Elementor: real WordPress development skill, plus PHP for anywhere the page builder runs out of road. A new landing page for paid traffic campaigns and a WordPress theme refresh are both part of that phase. Custom sections need proper HTML and CSS underneath. JavaScript matters too, for anything that responds to user input in real time. Keep an eye on HTML5 markup that holds up on older phones, since a chunk of the traffic to the WordPress website still comes from budget Android devices. Logo design and general graphic design work are part of the brief too. The brand identity right now is a placeholder someone put together in Canva years ago.
