Vector Rebuild of Three Logos

Please read the "What I Need Delivered" section and only take this on if you agree, I'd rather not waste your time or mine. I have low-resolution PNG/JPG versions of my "Golden Palace" - "Retadores" and "Lovely Vault" logos and need them rebuilt as crisp, fully scalable vector artwork...
