Website, AI chat bot

We're looking for an experienced AI/chatbot developer to build a conversational AI chat assistant for our website / web app / internal tool. The chatbot should be able to answer customer questions / assist users with tasks / pull and explain data edit as needed, and ideally include a simple dashboard or chart board view where we can see chat activity, common questions, and usage stats.
