Website & Email Hosting Setup

I already own the domain on GoDaddy for a new Recruitment & IT Consulting venture and now need the technical side brought to life. The job is two-fold: establish reliable hosting for the website and configure professional, domain-based email. Website The site must let me post job listings, describe consulting services, and include a clean contact form. I’m happy with WordPress, cPanel, or another straightforward CMS—whichever you can deploy quickly and keep easy for me to update later. Email I’m flexible on the platform (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or a comparable solutions). The key is that it integrates seamlessly with the domain, supports multiple mailboxes, and is set up with SPF, DKIM, and SSL so messages land in inboxes, not spam. Deliverables • Point the GoDaddy DNS to the chosen host and install an SSL certificate. • Launch the website framework with the three sections live and editable. • Create at least two domain-based mailboxes and provide clear instructions for adding more. • Supply a concise hand-over document covering admin logins, backup steps, and any renewal details. Once everything is live and tested, I’ll take it from there—but I’ll rely on your guidance for best-practice hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance recommendations. We are in recruitment, so mass mail per day (around 300-400 mails p/day) is our daily work. Also, We need minimum 5 email accounts. Google and Microsoft are costly service providers. I will need a handover document explaining the website, email accounts, bulk-mail system, backups and renewal requirements. My reccomendation is: 5 professional email accounts, we can use Zoho Mail instead of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to keep the recurring cost down. These accounts can be used for normal recruiter communication, replies, interviews, clients and candidate correspondence. For the 300–400 daily recruitment emails, I recommend a dedicated bulk-email platform such as Brevo. We can start with approximately a 15,000 emails/month plan, giving you enough capacity without paying for excessive volume. I will configure the domain correctly with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and make sure your website, normal business email and bulk-email system work together properly.
