WordPress Developer for Website Build

I am working with an external designer and need a WordPress developer to build the website based on the provided design. We currently use Divi but are open to switching to Elementor if it better suits the project. The developer should help maintain strong SEO throughout the build, work closely with the designer, and follow best practices for performance and usability. The site must be fully optimized for mobile and tablet devices. I am also looking for someone reliable, easy to communicate with, and available for ongoing maintenance support as needed.
