WordPress Developer Needed to Make Website Responsive & Add Contact Form

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to make our existing website fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The developer will also create and set up a contact page with a functional contact form. The contact form must successfully send all submitted inquiries to the website administrator's email address. The form should also be tested to ensure that emails are delivered correctly.
