WordPress freelancer to clean and repair my very simple photography website.

I need a WordPress freelancer to clean and repair my very simple photography website. Current issues: Website was compromised and is currently displaying casino content. I downloaded a fresh copy of WordPress and manually replaced the `wp-admin` and `wp-includes` folders in cPanel with clean copies. PHP is currently 7.4. I tried to update it, but cPanel MultiPHP Manager gives a MariaDB106 repository error, so the PHP update is currently blocked. Disk usage is 99.65%. The website itself is very simple, with probably fewer than 100 photos, so after restoring access, please identify what is consuming the space and remove unnecessary bloat. Access available: WordPress Admin, cPanel, File Manager and phpMyAdmin. Expected: Fully clean the malware, fix the casino content/redirect, clean unnecessary files/plugins/themes/bloat, resolve the PHP update issue if possible, update WordPress, and leave the website working normally.
