WordPress & GoHighLevel Contractor – ACF, Gravity Forms, CRM Automations (Ongoing)

We're looking for a versatile contractor to support ongoing work on a WordPress site and its connected GoHighLevel CRM for an insurance industry client. This is a part-time, ongoing engagement (not a one-off project) — we need someone reliable who's comfortable working across both the WordPress and GoHighLevel sides of a lead-gen funnel, and can turn around requests quickly. You will have the support of the fractional CMO. This could be a role where we guarantee you a minimum number of hours per month. We don't know the work requirements for a given month, but we would like to keep you involved so you can help us out when needed. ===Responsibilities:=== ==WordPress:== Editing WordPress site including ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) settings, field group configuration, and implementation across templates Building and modifying page templates, and making styling/CSS tweaks Adding and updating content across pages Modifying and troubleshooting Gravity Forms (multi-step forms, conditional logic, field configuration) Troubleshooting and maintaining the connection between Gravity Forms and our CRM (GoHighLevel) to ensure reliable lead delivery ==GoHighLevel:== Editing automations and workflows within GoHighLevel (triggers, pipeline/lead routing, follow-up sequences) Adjusting account settings and configurations as needed Diagnosing and fixing breakdowns in the WordPress-to-GHL lead flow ===Requirements:=== Hands-on experience with ACF (field groups, custom fields, template integration via PHP) Solid WordPress theme experience (template files, functions.php) Experience with Gravity Forms configuration and troubleshooting Hands-on experience configuring GoHighLevel automations, workflows, and CRM settings Experience integrating WordPress/Gravity Forms with GoHighLevel specifically (strong plus — this is the core connective piece of the role) Comfortable debugging JS/CSS conflicts and diagnosing form or tracking issues Clear communicator, responsive, able to work independently from written specs.
