WordPress Website Speed and Fixes

I need help improving the speed of my WordPress website for editing, its terribly slow to edit and I have a long standing issue with a footer than was created using elementor that has elementor also spinning forever not allowing us to edit it. The work may include reviewing current hosting performance, recommending or implementing hosting changes, and making updates to improve site functionality and appearance. I’m looking for someone who can identify performance issues, apply practical fixes, and ensure the site runs smoothly after changes are made.
