I need help improving the speed of my WordPress website, which has about 30 pages. The main focus is to improve mobile LCP and overall Core Web Vitals performance. I’m looking for someone who can identify performance issues, implement fixes, and ensure the site loads faster on mobile devices. Experience with WordPress optimization and performance improvements is important for this project. GOAL LCP less than 2.5 s.
site: reviverhealth.com
Using mostly elementor in Wordpress.
1) Run your page speed or other analytics before you can give me quote. Main goal to reduce LCP.
2) I am pasting Wordpress and cloud flare information below.
1. Website & Hosting Environment
Website: https://reviverhealth.com
Hosting provider: Cloudways
Web server stack: Nginx + Apache
WordPress version: 7.1.4
PHP version: 8.2.35
Database: MariaDB 10.11.19
Theme: Astra 4.14.0
Page builder: Elementor 3.35.9 and Elementor Pro 3.31.0
Active WordPress plugins: 23
PHP memory limit: 256 MB
WordPress memory limit: 40 MB
PHP OPcache: Enabled
Several plugins, including Elementor and Elementor Pro, have updates available.
2. WordPress Caching & Optimization Configuration
The WordPress Site Health report shows:
LiteSpeed Cache 7.9.2: Active
Speed Booster Pack 4.5.9: Active
Image Converter for WebP: Active
WP_CACHE: false
Object cache drop-in (object-cache.php): Present
PHP OPcache: Enabled
Cloudways also has Varnish, Redis, and Memcached running.
I would appreciate an assessment of whether the existing caching and optimization configuration is appropriate for the Cloudways Nginx/Apache stack, and whether any overlapping features, conflicts, or inefficient settings may be contributing to poor performance.
These are potential areas to investigate, not confirmed causes.
3. Website Size & Database
According to WordPress Site Health:
Total WordPress installation: approximately 6.11 GB
WordPress files: 5.26 GB
Plugins: approximately 435 MB
Uploads: approximately 54 MB
Database: approximately 358 MB
Please investigate whether unnecessary backups, temporary files, database overhead, or other accumulated files warrant cleanup.
Any cleanup should be performed safely, with backups and verification.
4. Relevant WordPress Plugins
Some of the currently active plugins include:
Elementor
Elementor Pro
Ultimate Addons for Elementor
LiteSpeed Cache
Speed Booster Pack
Image Converter for WebP
GTM Kit
Google Site Kit
Rank Math SEO
WPCode Lite
Amelia
Contact Form 7
WPForms
Please evaluate whether any plugins or their loaded resources are unnecessarily affecting front-end performance.
I do not want plugins removed or disabled without first verifying their purpose and potential impact.
5. Cloudways Server Resources
I reviewed the Cloudways Monitoring dashboard on November 6, 2026.
Server specifications:
Total RAM: 1.92 GB
Total disk capacity: 58.85 GB
Current resource usage:
RAM usage: approximately 854 MB (43%)
CPU usage: approximately 4%
Disk usage: 19.02 GB (32%)
Monthly bandwidth usage to date: approximately 2,647 MB
Last 24-hour monitoring:
CPU Consumption:
Generally around 4–10%
Occasional spikes up to approximately 42%
No sustained high CPU utilization observed
Free Memory:
Generally approximately 900–1,250 MB available
Brief decreases to approximately 780–900 MB
No sustained critically low memory levels observed
MySQL Connections:
Very low reported connection counts
Mostly zero, with occasional readings of 1
No indication of sustained connection saturation
These results do not suggest sustained server resource exhaustion, although they do not rule out application-level bottlenecks or slow individual requests.
I would prefer to optimize the existing setup before considering a server upgrade unless testing demonstrates that additional resources are necessary.
6. Cloudways Services
I checked Server Management → Manage Services.
The following services are running:
Nginx
Apache
PHP-FPM
MySQL
Redis
Memcached
Varnish
Imunify360
New Relic is currently stopped.
7. Cloudways Application Settings
I also reviewed the application-specific settings for Reviver Health.
Varnish caching: Enabled
HTTPS redirection: Enabled
SSH shell access: Disabled
Geo IP detection: Disabled
CORS header: Disabled
Varnish is confirmed to be enabled at both the server and application levels.
Please verify that caching is functioning correctly for public pages and that consultation-related workflows are not affected by inappropriate caching.
8. Google Ads, Analytics & Conversion Tracking
The WordPress configuration shows:
Google Site Kit connected to Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console
Google Site Kit conversion tracking enabled
GTM Kit active
Existing Google Ads conversion tracking configured
I have not personally observed duplicate conversions.
I would like the current tracking implementation verified to ensure optimization does not interfere with Google Ads conversions or analytics.
Please do not modify, remove, or reconfigure tracking tags, conversion events, or Google Ads settings without discussing the findings with me and obtaining approval first.
9. Performance Testing I'd Like You to Perform
Please conduct your own independent technical assessment using appropriate tools, such as:
Google PageSpeed Insights
Lighthouse
Chrome DevTools
WebPageTest
Network waterfall analysis
JavaScript and CSS loading analysis
Server response time analysis
Please examine the actual causes of poor mobile performance rather than focusing only on improving PageSpeed scores.
Areas of particular interest include:
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)
Core Web Vitals
Render-blocking JavaScript and CSS
Elementor and third-party script loading
Font loading
Image optimization and loading priorities
Caching effectiveness
Unnecessary plugin resources
Mobile rendering delays
Server response time and time to first byte (TTFB)
Please also investigate any issues that prevent Lighthouse or PageSpeed Insights from completing measurements on certain pages.
I understand that exact scores cannot be guaranteed, but I would appreciate realistic, measurable performance targets.
10. Project Scope & Requirements
My primary goal is to significantly improve mobile loading performance and actual patient experience while preserving the existing website's functionality.
The optimization should:
Benefit the entire website (approximately 50 active pages), not just the homepage.
Prioritize the homepage, consultation/booking page, weight loss, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, UTI, prescription refills, and other major service pages.
Preserve the existing design, layout, content, and SEO.
Preserve all consultation buttons and redirects to Practice Better.
Ensure intake forms, consultation workflows, and payment functionality continue working.
Preserve Google Ads and analytics tracking.
Use a staging environment and appropriate backups before making changes to the live website.
Include before-and-after mobile performance testing.
Include final functionality and regression testing after deployment.
Provide documentation of all significant changes and optimization settings.
An additional consideration is that I am preparing to migrate this website to my new brand, Apricove.co.
I plan to optimize Reviver first and subsequently migrate the improved website to Apricove. Therefore, I would like the changes to be transferable and clearly documented.
The actual migration to Apricove is not part of this optimization project unless separately discussed.
