Amazon Vendor Central Data Pipeline for Power BI: SP-API and Ads API (Azure / Python)

We are a UK-based wholesale company selling to Amazon as a Vendor (1P, Vendor Central). We want to harvest as much data as possible from Amazon, automatically and daily, and store it in a structured way so we can build Power BI dashboards. This is a bespoke build owned by us. We do not want a third-party connector or SaaS subscription. Data we want to capture (all available via API) Vendor Analytics: Sales, Inventory, Traffic, Net Pure Product Margin, Forecasting, plus real-time Sales, Traffic and Inventory. Brand Analytics: Search Terms, Market Basket, Repeat Purchase. Retail Procurement: Purchase Orders, Shipments, Invoices, Transaction Status. Catalogue: product and ASIN details. Amazon Ads API: campaign, keyword, ASIN and search term performance. Your recommendations: any other Amazon data available to a vendor that we have missed. Requirements for the pipeline Automated daily runs, with hourly runs where useful (e.g. real-time reports). Re-pull recent days to capture Amazon’s restated figures. One-off backfill of all available history. Data stored in our Microsoft environment. We are open to your recommendation on SharePoint files versus a database (e.g. Azure SQL); please justify your choice for Power BI performance and scale. Clean, consistent tables ready for Power BI (dates, ASINs and keys aligned across sources). Runs in our Azure tenant, with credentials in our Key Vault. Monitoring and email alerts on failure. Handover documentation: setup, architecture, how to add data sources, how to rotate secrets. Data not available via API Please advise on items such as chargebacks, shortage claims, co-op and remittances. Propose a compliant way to bring them in (e.g. a simple manual-upload folder). No screen-scraping of Vendor Central. Setup We have a Solution Provider Portal account; identity verification is in progress. You will guide us through the app profile, roles and Ads API registration. Suggested delivery phases Phase 1: setup; Sales, Inventory, Traffic and Purchase Orders; storage design; alerts. Phase 2: remaining Vendor Analytics, Brand Analytics, Shipments, Invoices, Catalogue. Phase 3: Amazon Ads API. Optional: a Power BI starter data model and core dashboards. Please quote this separately. Requirements for you Proven experience with SP-API for Vendors, specifically Vendor Analytics reports. Seller-only experience is not sufficient. Amazon Ads API experience. Python, Azure (Functions, Key Vault, SQL), Microsoft Graph / SharePoint. Power BI data modelling is a strong plus. Terms All code and IP owned by us. NDA required.
