Developer Needed to Build Affiliate + Rev Share Infrastructure (Impact.com, Supabase, Next.js)

Job: Build Affiliate Tracking & Revenue Sharing System Using Impact.com Overview: We are building a scalable affiliate revenue-sharing system that connects B2C content (product and experience recommendations) with B2B partners (such as hotels and influencers). The goal is to use Impact.com as our core affiliate infrastructure and integrate it with a custom partner management layer and internal tools. Objective: Implement a full-stack affiliate system that enables: * Earning affiliate revenue through product and experience recommendations * B2B partners to generate their own trackable links and dashboards * Attribution and commission splitting based on SubID tracking * Automated tracking, reporting, and optional payouts --- Scope of Work Phase 1: Tracking and Attribution * Integrate Impact.com tracking (JavaScript pixel and/or server-to-server) * Implement SubID tracking for partner attribution * Ensure compatibility with JamStack architecture and dynamic Next.js routing Phase 2: Partner Management * Build a partner onboarding flow using Supabase Auth or third-party auth integration * Use Impact.com APIs to create/manage partner contracts * Store partner IDs and SubIDs in Supabase Phase 3: Link Generation * Develop a front-end tool that lets partners generate affiliate links with embedded SubIDs * Sanitize and validate input; handle unauthenticated or anonymous fallback links Phase 4: Revenue Attribution Logic * Fetch and sync data via Impact’s Reporting API * Attribute earnings to partner records using SubID mapping * Store attribution and commission history in Supabase Phase 5: Dashboards and Admin Tools * Partner dashboard (Next.js + Tailwind CSS) showing: * Clicks, conversions, commissions * Admin dashboard with: * Partner performance reports * Manual override and payment tools * Revenue tracking and payout readiness Phase 6: Payout System (Optional) * Integrate Stripe Connect, Lemon Squeezy, or Tipalti for handling payouts * Track ledger balances per partner * Optional: Allow downloadable invoices/statements --- Ideal Experience * Proficient in Impact.com APIs (Tracking, Partner, Reporting) * Experience with affiliate link tracking, SubID attribution, and rev-share logic * Frontend experience with Next.js, Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS * Backend experience with Supabase, Python, GraphQL, Vercel serverless architecture * Familiarity with CMS tools like DatoCMS or Builder.io * Bonus: Experience working with partner dashboards or SaaS affiliate marketplaces --- Technical Environment | Layer | Tools | | ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | | Frontend | React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, MapLibre, Builder.io | | Backend/API | Supabase, Python, GraphQL, serverless via Vercel | | CMS | DatoCMS, Builder.io | | Infrastructure | Vercel, Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudflare | | Affiliate Platform | Impact.com | | Payout / Billing | Lemon Squeezy, PayPro, Stripe (optional) | | Analytics | Plausible, Amplitude, Google Search Console | | Dev Tools | GitHub, Prettier, Co-Pilot, Percy | | Collaboration | Trello, Notion, Miro, Discord | --- Timeline and Budget This is a 4–6 week MVP project, with the potential for ongoing development and refinement based on results.
