# Hiring: Experienced Full-Stack WordPress Developer (Chinese Communication Required)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with proven hands-on WordPress development experience to optimize and refactor an existing large-scale, actively operating website. ### Project Scope **1. Frontend Code Refactoring and Optimization** - Perform extensive, refactoring-level optimization of the website's frontend CSS, HTML, and JavaScript code. - Improve frontend performance, code structure, and overall efficiency. **2. WordPress Search System Upgrade** - Upgrade the current default WordPress search functionality to a more advanced, high-performance search system. - The specific technical solution has not yet been determined and will be discussed with the developer. **3. Video Player Refactoring and Optimization** - Perform extensive refactoring and optimization of the website's existing video player. - Improve playback compatibility across a wider range of mobile devices and mobile browsers. ### Requirements - **Fluent Chinese communication is mandatory.** - **A live technical interview conducted in Chinese is required before hiring.** Candidates must communicate clearly, directly, and effectively. - Proven practical experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress. - Must provide a portfolio of completed projects, including websites personally developed or substantially contributed to. - Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. ### AI Usage and Communication Policy The use of AI tools during development is generally permitted. However, **AI-generated responses during communication are strictly prohibited.** We do not accept fragmented, repetitive, unnecessarily lengthy, or generic AI-generated messages that make communication inefficient or difficult to understand.
