Shopify Pagespeed Optimization

I currently own two websites on shopify, which has an unstable or low pagespeed score especially in the performance section. I believe this issue has caused potential customers to bounce from my website before even taking a look at the contents in the website itself, therefore halting sales. Currently the website's performance score sits in the 45-66 range, I would like for this score to be 90+, and for it to be consistent too. In the attached file you'll be able to see the mobile and desktop performance of my website. Alternatively you can search up my websites on pagespeed.insight, the websites are: 1. pursenalization.com 2. satinera.co Looking forward to working with you, thank you.
