Website Refresh and Dealer Account

We need a developer to refresh our existing website, add more content, and create a dealer account option. The work includes improving the overall look and feel, updating pages with additional information, and setting up a dealer login system. We want the site to feel more professional and polished while keeping it functional and easy to use. Please share relevant experience with similar website updates and dealer-facing features.
