Healthcare Growth Marketing Operator | AI, HighLevel, Claude Code, Content and Clinic Lead Generation
Overview
We are hiring one highly capable, hands-on marketing operator to lead growth for Prexnova and support the independent medical clinics that partner with us.
This is not a position for an agency.
This is not a position for someone who only schedules social-media posts, manages freelancers, or produces reports filled with views and impressions.
We need an individual operator who can personally build, run, measure, and improve complete marketing systems.
The role has two connected responsibilities:
Generate qualified physician and clinic-partner opportunities for Prexnova.
Build and operate patient-acquisition marketing systems for the medical clinics that partner with Prexnova.
You will work directly with company leadership and clinical personnel. You will be expected to convert strategy into functioning campaigns, funnels, automations, content, appointments, and measurable revenue opportunities.
About Prexnova
Prexnova helps independent medical practices install the operating infrastructure required to run structured chronic-care programs.
Our work can include:
Patient identification and outreach systems
Enrollment workflows
Monthly follow-up systems
Documentation support
Protocol fulfillment
Billing-process support
Practice reporting
Operational implementation
Prexnova is separate from the physician-owned medical practice. The clinic retains responsibility for clinical decisions, medical care, coding approval, and billing under its appropriate credentials.
Our initial focus is Michigan, with the potential to expand after the model is proven.
The Role
You will own the day-to-day execution of Prexnova’s growth system.
You will also help create a standardized clinic-marketing system that can be deployed when a new clinic joins Prexnova.
This means you must be capable of marketing both:
Business-to-business
Prexnova to:
Independent primary care physicians
Physician owners
Practice managers
Medical-group administrators
Referral partners
Other relevant healthcare decision-makers
Business-to-consumer
Partner clinics to:
Existing patients
Former patients
Prospective local patients
Employer groups
Community organizations
Relevant local referral sources
You must understand that physician acquisition and patient acquisition are different marketing disciplines. The messaging, channels, sales cycles, compliance considerations, and success metrics are not the same.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Build Prexnova’s physician-acquisition funnel
You will personally help build and operate:
HighLevel pipelines
Landing pages
Lead forms
Calendar workflows
Email nurture
SMS nurture
Lead-source attribution
Appointment reminders
No-show recovery
Opportunity tracking
Weekly reporting
Campaign dashboards
The objective is to move qualified practices through a visible process:
Target identified → Contacted → Responded → Qualified → Call booked → Call held → Opportunity → Agreement sent → Signed
2. Build targeted physician outreach
You will:
Research and qualify independent medical practices
Identify decision-makers
Create segmented prospect lists
Write personalized email outreach
Conduct LinkedIn outreach
Develop referral-partner campaigns
Track every touch and response
Improve campaigns based on actual objections
Coordinate qualified appointments with our physician-facing representative
We do not want mass, low-quality spam.
We want intelligent account selection, relevant personalization, disciplined follow-up, and measurable attribution.
3. Build Prexnova’s authority-content system
You will turn real company knowledge, physician interviews, workflows, objections, and market insights into:
Short-form videos
LinkedIn posts
Educational posts
Practice-manager content
Physician-owner content
Landing-page assets
Lead magnets
Email content
Webinars
Long-form educational material
Sales-support content
The content must sound credible to skeptical physicians.
It cannot sound like generic healthcare marketing, a supplement company, a get-rich-quick offer, or exaggerated AI-generated content.
4. Use AI to increase output and quality
We want this role to be highly AI-enabled.
Our preferred stack includes:
Claude Code
Claude
Higgsfield
HighLevel
CapCut
Spreadsheet and database tools
Automation and scripting tools
Other approved AI tools when justified
You should be able to use AI for:
Research organization
Content ideation
Script generation
Editing
Repurposing
Claims screening
Content scoring
Structured CSV production
Visual-production queues
Performance analysis
Weekly reporting
Prospect research support
Workflow documentation
Experience with Claude Code, command-line tools, APIs, MCP integrations, Python, JavaScript, or similar technical systems is strongly preferred.
You do not need to be a senior software engineer. You do need to be comfortable building and operating systems instead of waiting for someone else to do every technical task.
5. Build and operate the Higgsfield production workflow
We want a repeatable content-production process that combines:
Real physician footage
Original voiceovers
Workflow visuals
Process diagrams
Text-led video
Supporting AI-generated visuals
Platform-specific formatting
Captioning
Asset organization
Approval tracking
You should be able to test and document the best way to connect Claude Code and Higgsfield through available CLI, MCP, API, or controlled manual workflows.
You must be willing to validate the technical process instead of claiming an integration works without testing it.
6. Build the clinic marketing system
When a clinic signs with Prexnova, you will help deploy a standardized local marketing system.
Depending on the clinic, this may include:
Patient-list reactivation
New-patient campaigns
Appointment funnels
Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimization
Review-generation systems
Email and SMS campaigns
Social-media content
Physician-introduction campaigns
Community outreach
Employer outreach
Referral-source development
Condition-specific educational campaigns
No-show recovery
Missed-call text-back
Lead follow-up
Appointment attribution
Monthly clinic reporting
The goal is not merely to create awareness.
The goal is to generate appropriate patient appointments and help clinics build a dependable patient-acquisition system.
7. Create repeatable clinic launch playbooks
You will help document and improve a standard deployment process for each new clinic.
Examples:
Day 1 access checklist
Brand and compliance intake
Existing-patient database review
Website and landing-page setup
Tracking-number setup
Google Business Profile review
Email and SMS launch
Content calendar
Referral campaign
Appointment dashboard
Weekly reporting
30-day performance review
Each clinic should not require us to reinvent the entire marketing system.
8. Own reporting and optimization
You will report on business outcomes, not just marketing activity.
Primary Prexnova metrics include:
Verified clinic prospects
Qualified responses
Qualified calls booked
Calls held
Active opportunities
Agreements sent
Signed clinics
Source-to-signature attribution
Cost per qualified call
Cost per signed clinic
Primary clinic metrics may include:
Leads
Calls
Appointment requests
Appointments booked
Appointments attended
Cost per booked appointment
Cost per attended appointment
New patients
Reactivated patients
Campaign source
No-show rate
Conversion rate
Views, followers, impressions, and engagement are diagnostic metrics. They are not the final objective.
What You Must Be Able to Do Personally
You should be able to personally perform most of the following:
Build landing pages in HighLevel
Build HighLevel workflows
Configure pipelines, tags, fields, calendars, email, and SMS
Write strong B2B outreach
Write clear patient-facing marketing
Research and qualify prospects
Develop content strategy
Write scripts and posts
Edit or coordinate basic video production
Use AI tools at an advanced level
Work with CSV files and structured data
Build simple automation and reporting systems
Review campaign data
Diagnose why campaigns are underperforming
Document repeatable processes
Communicate blockers early
Manage multiple clinic campaigns without losing attribution
Required Experience
You should have verifiable experience in several of these areas:
Healthcare marketing
Medical-practice marketing
Local lead generation
B2B appointment setting
HighLevel implementation
Email marketing
SMS marketing
CRM and funnel automation
Physician or professional-services marketing
Patient reactivation
Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimization
AI-assisted content production
Short-form video
Marketing analytics
Conversion-rate optimization
Multi-location marketing
Direct experience with medical practices is strongly preferred.
Experience producing qualified appointments for primary care, urgent care, functional medicine, specialty clinics, dental groups, chiropractic practices, or comparable regulated businesses is relevant.
Compliance and Judgment
You must be comfortable working in a regulated industry.
You will not be expected to act as an attorney, biller, or clinician. You will be expected to know when a claim requires review.
You may not publish:
Revenue guarantees
Reimbursement guarantees
Unsupported medical claims
Fake testimonials
Invented case studies
Fabricated patient outcomes
False physician endorsements
Patient medical advice
Unapproved CPT or payer claims
Content that presents AI-generated people as real physicians or patients
Protected health information
Strong judgment matters more than producing content quickly.
Who This Role Is Not For
Do not apply if:
You are an agency
You intend to assign the work to an account manager
You outsource nearly all execution
You only manage social media
You measure success primarily through views and followers
You need perfectly written instructions for every small task
You hide blockers until deadlines are missed
You claim expertise in every tool but cannot show your work
You rely entirely on generic AI content
You have never personally built a funnel or automation
You cannot explain how marketing connects to booked appointments and revenue
You are currently managing too many clients to give this role serious attention
We are looking for the actual operator who will do the work.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a combination of:
Growth marketer
Funnel builder
Direct-response copywriter
HighLevel operator
AI workflow builder
Content producer
Local clinic marketer
Marketing analyst
Process designer
You are resourceful, skeptical, organized, and comfortable being held accountable.
You do not simply complete assigned tasks. You identify problems, recommend solutions, test them, and report the truth.
Working Relationship
You will work directly with:
Jeremy, Executive Owner
Tory, Founder
Dr. Bushra and other clinical personnel
Technical support when assigned
Clinic owners and practice managers after onboarding
Jeremy will manage execution priorities and accountability.
Tory will retain approval over the offer, economics, pricing, and major strategic changes.
Clinical, reimbursement, and compliance-sensitive claims require appropriate approval.
Initial 30-Day Assignment
During the first 30 days, the selected candidate will be expected to:
Audit the existing Prexnova marketing materials and systems.
Confirm access and identify technical gaps.
Build or repair the HighLevel acquisition funnel.
Establish clean source attribution.
Build the initial qualified-practice database.
Launch the first physician outreach campaign.
Build the first AI-assisted content-production workflow.
Produce the first approved content batch.
Validate the Claude Code and Higgsfield production process.
Build the clinic-marketing deployment framework.
Generate the first qualified clinic conversations.
Deliver a clear weekly executive report.
The first month is a paid evaluation period.
Continuation will depend on execution quality, communication, judgment, technical ability, and measurable progress.
Compensation
This is an ongoing contract role with the potential to become a long-term, high-responsibility position.
Please provide:
Your desired hourly rate
Your weekly availability
Whether you are open to a monthly retainer after the initial evaluation
Any performance-based compensation structure you believe would be appropriate
We are willing to pay properly for a rare, highly capable individual.
We are not interested in paying a premium rate for someone who delegates the actual work to junior contractors.

Creating three content concepts
Designing one Claude Code and Higgsfield production workflow
Explaining how performance would be measured
The test is designed to evaluate thinking, execution, communication, and technical honesty.
Generic AI submissions will not pass.

We are hiring someone to build a measurable growth system for Prexnova and then deploy reliable marketing systems across our partner clinics.
The right person will be able to show exactly:
Who was targeted
Why they were targeted
What message they received
What action they took
What was booked
