We are a shipping and delivery company based in Saudi Arabia, looking for an experienced developer or development team to design, develop, and launch our official corporate website. The website must provide a professional Arabic and English experience, reflect our brand identity, and connect visitors with our existing services and systems. The scope includes UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, a custom CMS, an admin dashboard, integrations, testing, deployment, and handover. This is a corporate website project. Building a new shipping management system is outside the scope. 1. Technical Requirements - Custom development without WordPress. - Deployment on a company-controlled dedicated server or isolated cloud environment. - Arabic and English support, including proper RTL and LTR layouts. - Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop. - Fast-loading, SEO-friendly pages. - A secure CMS that our team can use without coding. - Restricted access to administrative functions. Please specify your proposed frontend, backend, database, and CMS technologies. Explain your choices, licensing requirements, and ongoing dependencies. 2. Website Pages - Home - About Us - Our Services - How We Work - Partners - Blog, including categories and article pages - Pricing & Packages - Careers / Submit Your CV - Shipment Tracking - Customer Testimonials - Contact Us - Terms & Conditions - Privacy Policy Pricing and packages are for display only, with a “Contact Sales” form. Online payments and checkout are not required. The Careers page will contain a general application form. Job listings, vacancy publishing, and job detail pages are not required. 3. UI/UX Design and Content - Create a professional design aligned with our brand guidelines. - Provide editable design files, preferably in Figma. - Submit the main page designs for approval before development. - Design both Arabic and English layouts. - Populate the website with approved initial content. We will provide our brand assets, company information, and service details. Please clearly confirm: - Whether you have dedicated Arabic and English copywriters. - Whether initial copywriting, translation, proofreading, and content entry are included in your price. - What materials you need from our team. - The number of design and content revision rounds included. Legal page content requires our approval before publication. 4. Forms and Integrations Customer Registration / Sales Inquiries - Capture customer and business information through website forms. - Propose integration with Asana or Google Sheets. - Explain the integration method, account requirements, limitations, and additional fees. - Include input validation, spam protection, submission confirmation, and staff notifications. Shipment Tracking Please evaluate and quote these options: A. Integrating with our existing shipment tracking API. B. Connecting visitors to our existing tracking page. Explain your recommendation and the documentation or access required. If embedding the existing page is proposed, confirm feasibility first. Careers / General Applications - Provide a general application form for candidates to submit their contact details, professional information, and CV. - Store applications and CVs securely. - Allow authorized staff to view applications and download CVs through the admin dashboard. - Send an email notification to designated staff when a new application is received, with a secure link to review it. - Display a submission confirmation to the applicant. - Include appropriate file type and size restrictions, upload protection, and a privacy notice. No vacancy publishing, job listings, applicant accounts, or recruitment workflow system is required. 5. Admin Dashboard and CMS Authorized staff should be able to manage: - Website pages and bilingual content. - Services, pricing, and packages. - Blog posts and categories. - Banners and announcements. - Partner logos and testimonials. - General career applications and uploaded CVs. - Customer registration submissions and sales inquiries. - Admin users, roles, and permissions. - Relevant SEO fields. - Activity logs and submission exports. Please explain how Arabic and English content will be managed. Any order-related functionality must be clearly defined and quoted separately. If proposed, it should retrieve agreed information from our existing system through an authorized integration. Admin / CMS Demo Please provide a working demo or recorded walkthrough of a comparable admin dashboard and CMS. We want to assess content editing, bilingual management, permissions, and submission handling before selecting a developer. 6. Security and Privacy The solution should include: - HTTPS and secure deployment configuration. - Secure admin authentication and role-based access. - Server-side validation and protection against common web vulnerabilities. - Rate limiting and spam protection for public forms. - Secure handling of CVs and customer information. - Server-side storage of API keys and credentials. - Restricted access to administrative endpoints, applications, and stored submissions. - Appropriate logging, backups, and documented restoration procedures. For Asana, Google Sheets, and tracking integrations, explain the data flow and access controls. Customer records must not be exposed through public sheets, unrestricted links, or unprotected endpoints. 7. Deliverables - Approved sitemap and user flows. - Editable UI/UX design files. - Fully developed Arabic and English website. - Functional CMS and admin dashboard. - Agreed forms and integrations. - Approved initial content uploaded in both languages. - Functional, responsive, and security testing. - Staging environment for review and acceptance. - Production deployment on our domain. - Complete source code in a company-owned Git repository. - Database structure, deployment instructions, and configuration documentation. - Admin training and a practical handover guide. - Transfer of project credentials and company-owned accounts. Please disclose any paid templates, libraries, subscriptions, or third-party services before using them. 8. Proposal Requirements Please include: - Your understanding of the scope. - The exact frontend, backend, database, and CMS stack you propose. - Relevant Arabic/English website examples and your role in each. - An admin dashboard/CMS demo or walkthrough. - Your team structure and who will handle design, development, content, and testing. - A delivery timeline with milestones and required inputs from us. - A fixed-price breakdown for design, development, content, integrations, testing, and deployment. - Hosting recommendations and estimated recurring costs. - Exclusions, optional features, and third-party fees. - Included post-launch warranty and support terms. - Optional maintenance pricing after the warranty period. We prefer a fixed-price project with payments linked to completed and approved milestones. Our target delivery period is 6–8 weeks after scope approval and receipt of the required materials and integration access. Please provide a realistic schedule. Please include at least 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support and explain what it covers. Company identity, domain, brand assets, and technical documentation will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates.
