Build a semi-autonomous AI sales agent with Claude Code

ABOUT US Glenso is a young Dutch company that places engineers and technicians from South Africa with technical companies in the Netherlands (energy infrastructure, installation, machine building, shipbuilding). We also run a remote drafting team in Cape Town. We sell B2B, mostly to Dutch companies, and we need a steady flow of qualified sales conversations. WHAT WE WANT An AI sales agent built on Anthropic's Claude (Claude Code / Claude Agent SDK) that does the sales legwork every working day: - finds companies that need our people (open vacancies, new projects, our own lists) - identifies the decision-makers and their verified business contact details - researches what the person and the company published online (LinkedIn posts, articles, interviews, talks, company news, projects) and turns it into personalisation hooks - writes short, personal emails and follow-up sequences in Dutch and English - sends approved emails from our Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox - follows up, reads and sorts replies, drafts answers and proposes meeting times - logs everything in a CRM and sends me a daily briefing and a weekly report SEMI-AUTONOMOUS The agent runs on a schedule and does all research and writing on its own. In version 1 I approve every first email with one click before it goes out. Autonomy must be adjustable per step, so we can later let it send follow-ups and handle simple replies by itself. MUST-HAVE SKILLS - Agents built with Claude: Claude Code (skills, subagents, headless mode), Agent SDK, Anthropic API, tool use and MCP servers. Please show us something you built. - Microsoft Graph API: Outlook mail and calendar, Entra app registration, OAuth. - Web research and scraping pipelines (Playwright, Firecrawl or similar) and data enrichment APIs (Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Kaspr or similar). - Python or TypeScript, scheduled jobs, simple cloud hosting in the EU, logging. - Email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, sending limits. - Working knowledge of GDPR for B2B outreach. Dutch is a plus, not a must.
