Experienced Software Development Company / Senior Full-Stack Developer – Complete Cleaning Management SaaS Platform (MC&O) Project overview I am looking for an experienced software development company or senior development team to design and build a complete SaaS platform for the cleaning industry. The platform will be called MC&O (Marcos Cleaning & Maintenance). The software is being developed for my existing cleaning company, Perfectclean Zeeland, in the Netherlands. Our current company has approximately: 15 employees 12 customers 15 cleaning locations My ambition is to develop MC&O into a professional, scalable and commercially available software platform for cleaning companies in the Netherlands and potentially other countries. I am looking for a development partner who can take responsibility for the complete technical development, from analysis and architecture to implementation, testing and delivery. I am not a programmer. I therefore need a partner who can guide me through the technical decisions and explain everything in understandable language. Main objective The goal is to bring the daily operations of a cleaning company together in one central platform. MC&O should eventually replace several separate systems for planning, employee management, time registration, customer administration, quotes and invoicing. The platform must initially work for my own company and subsequently support multiple independent cleaning companies through a SaaS subscription model. Owner, manager, planner, administration, object leader, employee and customer roles. Separate SaaS platform administrator environment. 2. Customer and location management Customer records. Employee management Employee profiles. Employment and contract information. Contract hours. Availability. Skills and language preferences. Employee documents. Leave balances. Employee history and time registration. Sensitive employee information must only be accessible to authorised users. 4. Advanced personnel planning Day, week and month planning. Calendar-based planning interface. Drag-and-drop scheduling. Recurring cleaning shifts. Assigning employees to locations. Open shifts and staffing shortages. Planning by customer, location and employee. Planning notifications. Planning history and changes. 5. Variable planning for hotels and holiday parks This is an especially important feature. Staffing requirements often depend on occupancy, arrivals, departures and the number of rooms or holiday homes that need cleaning. The system should support: Daily occupancy information. Arrivals and departures. Number of rooms or accommodations to clean. Cleaning time calculations. Required employee hours. Suggested staffing levels. Automatic generation of additional shifts. Reduction of staffing requirements during quieter periods. The developer should investigate possible integrations with reservation and accommodation management systems. 6. Smart scheduling assistant The platform should help managers create efficient schedules. Scheduling suggestions should consider: Employee availability. Contract hours. Existing shifts. Leave and sickness. Skills and location suitability. Working hours and rest periods. Travel time, where available. Employee preferences. Continuity at customer locations. Managers must remain in control and approve suggested changes. 7. Leave, sickness and replacement management Employee leave requests. Leave balance calculations. Approval workflows. Sickness registration. Identification of affected shifts. Replacement suggestions. Automatic planning updates after approval. 8. Employee mobile application Employees should be able to use a mobile application or suitable PWA. Required functionality: Personal login. Personal schedule. Clock-in and clock-out. GPS location verification. Leave requests. Availability. Notifications. Personal information. Multiple languages. Required languages include Dutch, English, Polish, Ukrainian, Arabic and Portuguese. Arabic should support right-to-left display. The developer should advise whether a PWA or native Android/iOS application is the best solution. 9. Quotes, contracts and invoicing Create and manage quotes. Generate PDF documents. Send quotes to customers. Manage customer contracts. Contract expiry notifications. Create and send invoices. Invoice status and payment tracking. Customer-specific pricing and agreements. 10. Financial reports and customer margins I want to understand the actual profitability of each customer and location. Reports should include: Revenue per customer. Revenue per location. Employee costs. Registered working hours. Direct additional costs. Gross margin per customer. Gross margin per location. Planned versus actual hours. The calculation method must be transparent and configurable, including relevant employer costs and allowances. 11. Accounting integration Integration with Yuki accounting software is desired. The developer should investigate the available API and integration possibilities and specify any additional costs or limitations. 12. No company must ever be able to access another company's customer, employee or financial data. Technical requirements I am open to professional recommendations regarding the technology stack. Possible technologies: React / Next.js TypeScript Node.js PostgreSQL Google Cloud or comparable cloud infrastructure Secure cloud storage PWA or native mobile applications API integrations The architecture must be secure, scalable, maintainable and suitable for future international expansion. Rompslomp for quotes and invoices. Yuki for accounting. Please investigate which data can be exported and migrated. Possible data: Customers. Locations. Employees. Planning. Contracts. Quotes. Invoices. Historical working hours. A test migration and validation process will be required. Ownership and handover I want to retain ownership and control of the custom-developed MC&O software, to the extent legally possible and as agreed in the contract. The following must be addressed: Source code ownership and transfer. Database and business data ownership. Technical documentation. Design files. API documentation. Deployment instructions. Cloud account access. Source code repository access. Handover arrangements if the collaboration ends. All third-party services, licences and recurring costs must be clearly disclosed. Development approach and delivery I expect the project to be managed professionally, with clearly defined milestones. The proposed development stages may include: Analysis and functional design. If the complete scope is too large to quote accurately at this stage, please provide a separate price for the analysis and technical design phase, followed by a detailed development estimate. Important I am looking for a serious and experienced development partner, not simply the cheapest programmer. I value quality, communication, transparency and long-term cooperation. I want to understand the real investment required to build MC&O properly, including the technical risks and ongoing costs. Please do not promise that the entire platform can be built within a small budget. I prefer a realistic and professional proposal. My long-term ambition is to make MC&O a complete, reliable and commercially successful software platform for the cleaning industry.
