Full-Stack Developer / Agency Needed: Web Platform with Admin Panel, User Dashboard & Public Website

We're building a web platform and need an experienced developer or small team to deliver it end to end. The platform has three connected parts that share one backend and database: 1. Public Website Marketing pages (Home, About, Services/Features, Pricing, Contact, FAQ) Sign up / login (email + Google) SEO-friendly, fast, fully responsive CMS-editable content so we can update pages without a developer 2. User Dashboard Profile and account settings Core user features, e.g. bookings, orders, subscriptions, uploads, history Notifications (email + in-app) Payments/billing (Stripe or similar) and invoices Support/ticket or messaging section 3. Admin Panel User management (view, edit, suspend, roles/permissions) Manage core content: services, products, listings, plans Payments, transactions and refunds overview Analytics dashboard (signups, revenue, activity) Website content management Activity logs and export to CSV Technical expectations Modern stack (e.g. React/Next.js + Node.js or Laravel; open to your recommendation with reasons) Secure auth, role-based access, clean REST/GraphQL API Deployment on AWS/DigitalOcean/Vercel, with a staging environment Clean, documented code. We own 100% of the source code and IP Figma designs: we will provide / you'll design them, so please include UI/UX in your quote Budget & Timeline Budget: $12,000 (fixed, milestone-based) Timeline: flexible. Please propose a realistic timeline with milestones Post-launch: 30 days of bug-fix support included; open to an ongoing maintenance contract To apply, please include: 2–3 links to similar platforms you've built (admin + user dashboards preferred) Your recommended tech stack and why A rough milestone breakdown with timeline Whether you're a solo developer or a team, and who will work on this Start the proposal with the word "PORTAL" so we know you read the full post Full requirements and flows will be discussed on a call with shortlisted candidates.
