Full-Stack Developer: Multi-Tenant Backend, React Native App, Admin Portals, Offline PWA

We're building an online platform for a US dry-cleaning business that runs on a legacy point-of-sale system. Our POS specialist builds the store connector and payment integrations. You'll build the shared backend and every screen on top of it. A detailed requirements summary is shared under NDA with shortlisted candidates. Scope: - Backend: tenant-aware API (merchant, then location, then POS) with server-side role checks, MFA for admins, OpenAPI, idempotency keys, an operation journal and audit log. - Offline Safe Mode: health states, automatic payment holds when POS data can't be verified, and ordered recovery. - One React Native customer app (iOS and Android) and a matching customer website: invoices, hosted checkout, receipts, delivery requests, loyalty balances and notifications. - Merchant portal: dashboard, search, delivery scheduling and dispatch, financial exceptions, settings and CSV reports. - Super Admin portal: merchants, locations, device registry, connector health, incidents, safety holds, roles and audit explorer. - Driver PWA: assigned deliveries, delivered or failed with recipient name, and a limited encrypted offline queue that shows PENDING SYNC until the server confirms. - Automated tests, App Store and Play submissions, and handover. Must have: - A production multi-tenant backend that handles money (payments, billing or POS). - At least one React Native app (Flutter considered) shipped to both stores. - Role-based admin web apps and a PWA with offline storage. Terms: - Fixed price US$1,500, paid in six milestones: $100 architecture and screen flows · $250 backend core, payment journal and holds · $450 customer app and website · $400 merchant portal, Super Admin and driver PWA · $150 testing passed · $150 store submissions and handover. - If your price for this scope is different, quote it with your timeline. - Planned start: late November 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). - NDA required. Code is committed daily to repositories we provide, and all accounts and infrastructure are ours. - We may list you by name, with a short profile of your relevant experience and weekly hours, as part of our team in project documentation. - At least 3 hours a day of overlap with 9:00 to 17:00 US Eastern.
