Generalist Product Engineer: AI Coding Agents (Claude Code / Codex), Food & Beverage AI Platform

About us
: We’re running an AI innovation platform for food and beverage brands. It researches a brand and its market, spots trends, generates new product concepts with packshots and validates them with a range of testing methods to find the winners. Everything runs on a visual, durable AI workflow builder that agents can operate end to end.

 Who we're looking for
: A generalist who builds with AI coding agents and always starts from the client's needs. You don't have to be a deep specialist. You do need to understand the product, the user and the tech well enough to plan a feature, ship it on your own and suggest what we should build next. 

What you'll do * Plan and ship features end to end, mostly by directing coding agents * Put yourself in the client's shoes and turn their needs into clear features and good UX * Quickly learn the food & beverage and consumer goods domain * Bring new ideas for where the product should go next 
Must-haves * Excellent hands-on experience with coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. Tell us how you work with them. * A client-first mindset: you think about the user before the code * A generalist profile: you're comfortable with product, UX and tech * You learn fast, solve problems creatively and work independently * Excellent English. German is a strong plus.
